- A 1-year Library Science degree from a recognized university/board.
- Diploma Apprentices:
- A 3-year Diploma in the relevant engineering branches from a recognized university/board.
- A 2-year Diploma in Library Science, Pharmacy, Hotel Management & Catering Technology, or Modern Office Management & Secretarial Practice (MOM & SP) from a recognized university/board.
- Passing Year: Candidates must have passed their qualifying examination in 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, or 2025.
- Important Note: Candidates with “Appearing” status, pending results, backlogs, or supplementary exams are not eligible to apply. You must possess the final pass certificate at the time of application.

- Download the Application Form: The application form is attached to the official notification. Download and print it.
- Fill the Form: Fill out the application form neatly and accurately in block letters.
- Attach Self-Attested Documents: Gather self-attested photocopies of the following documents:
- NATS 2.0 Registration Profile copy.
- Class 10th (SSLC) Mark Sheet/Certificate (for proof of date of birth).
