The scale of pay for the post of Staff Assistant / Clerk in APCOB is presently Rs.17900 -1000 / 3 –20900 – 1230 / 3 – 24590 – 1490 / 4 – 30550 – 1730 / 7 – 42660 -3270 / 1 – 45930 – 1990/1 – 47920 (20 stages) + 9 stag. Increments of Rs.1990/- each biannually after reaching maximum in the scale.

Candidate shall possess intermediate plus JDC/HDC/DCRS or graduation from a recognized university as on 01.10.2022.

Selection Process for Staff Assistant / Clerk in APCOB
The selection of the candidates for Staff Assistant / Clerk Posts in APCOB shall be made on the basis of the Online Test/Examination and interview.
The Online Test/Examination for APCOB Clerk / Staff Assistant will be conducted in English. All the eligible candidates who apply with the requisite fee and whose applications are received in time will be called for the online test/ Examination, which will comprise the following:
- Online Test/Examination: 100 marks & Interview – 12.50 marks
- There shall be Negative Marking for wrong answers (0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer)
