Salary / Pay Scale for Indian Navy Sailors Recruited Through AA / SSR Entry
Candidates selected as Sailor in Indian Navy Through AA / SSR Entry will get a fixed monthly stipend of Rs. 14,600/- During Training.
After successfully completion of training, will be placed in the 7th pay matrix level 3 (Rs. 21,700/- To Rs. 69,100/-).
Other Than Salary, Sailors Recruited in Indian Navy Will Be Eligible of Various Allowances, Some of them are listed below –
- Military Service Pay (MSP) of Rs. 5200/- Per Month
- X Group Pay (Only for Artificer Apprentice) @Rs. 3600/- Per Month + DA During Training & @Rs. 6200/- Per Month + DA After Training
- Dearness Allowance
- House Rent Allowance
- Transport Allowance

Selection Process for Indian Navy Sailors (AA / SSR)
Selection of candidates will be through written exam, physical test and medical test which are scheduled to be conducted in May / June 2022.
