Salary / Pay Scale for Patna High Court Assistant
The Scale of Pay of the candidates selected as Assistant (Group-B) in the Patna High Court will be ₹ 44,900 – ₹ 1,42,400/- in the Pay Matrix Level-7 of Bihar Government. They will also get other usual allowances as applicable.

Educational Qualification/ Eligibility Criteria for Patna High Court Assistant
For being eligible for the post of Assistant (Group-B) in Patna High Court, a candidate must possess following qualifications as on 01st January, 2023:-
- Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University/ Institution.
AND
- Diploma/ Certificate of at least six month’s course in Computer Application from a recognized Institution.

Selection Process for Patna High Court Assistant
Selection of candidates for Assistant Post in Patna High Court will be made on the basis of marks secured by the candidate in written test & interview and accordingly a select list as well as a panel (waiting list) shall be prepared.
