Salary / Pay Scale for Field Supervisor in PGCIL
Field Supervisors in PGCIL will be paid monthly remuneration in the pay band of Rs 23,000-3%-1,05,000/- with initial basic pay of Rs 23,000/- + Industrial DA + HRA.
Perks @ maximum 35 % of basic pay (Shall be paid as Variable Pay, subject to performance criteria defined by Management).
On successful completion of every year of engagement, the Field Supervisors will be eligible for annual increment at the rate of 3% during subsequent year of engagement. The increment will be given from the first day of month subsequent to the month in which you complete the year.

Field Supervisor (Electronics & Communication) | Full Time Diploma in Electronics/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Telecommunication/ Electronics & Electrical Communication/ Telecommunication Engineering from recognized Technical Board / Institute with minimum 55% marks for General / OBC (NCL)/EWS candidates and pass marks for SC/ST/PwBD.
AND Should have one-year post qualification experience of design/ engineering/ construction/ testing & commissioning/ operation & maintenance of TeleCommunication System. |
Age Limit for PGCIL Field Supervisor
The upper age limit for PGCIL Field Supervisor Recruitment 2022 is 29 years as on 11.12.2022 (Candidates should not have been born before 11.12.1993 or after 11.12.2004). Age relaxation for various reserved category candidates will be as per GoI Rules.
