Salary / Pay Scale for Junior Officer Trainee in PGCIL
The selected candidates will get a monthly stipend of ₹ 27,500/- during the training period of one year.
After successful completion of training period, they will get the designation of Junior Officer (HR) Gr-IV at S1 level in Supervisory category where their Pay Scale will be ₹ 25,000 – 3% – 1,17,500/- (IDA) with the basic pay of ₹ 25,000/-.
PGCIL provides attractive Salary package to its employees which includes Basic Pay, Dearness Allowance, Perquisites and Allowance as per cafeteria approach, Performance Related Pay, Company Quarters or HRA, Reimbursement of monthly conveyance expenditure, mobile, laptop, Provident Fund, Gratuity, Pension & Leave encashment, Group Insurance, Group Personal Accident Insurance, etc.

Educational Qualification/ Eligibility Criteria for PGCIL Junior Officer Trainee
In order to be eligible for the post of Junior Officer Trainee in PGCIL, candidates must possess three years full time Graduate Regular Degree – BBA/ BBM/ BBS or equivalent qualification from recognized Institute/ University with not less than 60% marks.
