Salary / Pay Scale: 

  • Manager (Electrical): Rs. 60, 000 – 1,80, 000

  • Engineer (Electrical): Rs. 40, 000 – 1,40, 000

The selected candidates would be paid Basic pay and DA, fixed/variable allowances @ 14% of Basic Pay, HRA/Lease, Contribution to PF, Gratuity as per Gratuity Act. Other benefits would be as under:

The approximate emoluments for the post of Manager, Assistant Manager and Engineer are 11 LPA, 9.5 LPA and 7.5 LPA respectively.

Educational Qualification: 

  • Manager (Electrical): Full time degree in Electrical Engineering/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering
  • Assistant Manager (Electrical): Full time degree in Electrical Engineering/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering
  • Engineer (Electrical): Full time degree in Electrical Engineering/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering

Experience (Experience shall be calculated as on 01.10.2018): 

  • Manager (Electrical): Candidates should have total post-qualification experience of minimum 7 years out of which minimum 4 years relevant experience should be in one or more Electrical engineering fields such as General Electrification, Area Lighting, Sub-Station, DG Set, Solar system, Air-conditioning, Lifts, fire Alarm, Data Networking, EPBX, CCTV , PA System, Airport Runway lighting works, Estimation, site supervision, Material inspection, certification/ verification of Bills etc.
  • Assistant Manager (Electrical): Candidates should have total post-qualification experience of minimum 4 years out of which minimum 2 years relevant experience should be in one or more Electrical engineering fields such as General Electrification, Area Lighting, Sub-Station, DG Set, Solar system, Air-conditioning, Lifts, fire Alarm, Data Networking, EPBX, CCTV , PA System, Airport Runway lighting works, Estimation, site supervision, Material inspection, certification/ verification of Bills etc.
  • Engineer (Electrical): Candidates should have total post-qualification experience of minimum 2 years out of which minimum 1 year relevant experience should be in one or more Electrical engineering fields such as General Electrification, Area Lighting, Sub-Station, DG Set, Solar system, Air-conditioning, Lifts, fire Alarm, Data Networking, EPBX, CCTV , PA System, Airport Runway lighting works, Estimation, site supervision, Material inspection, certification/ verification of Bills etc.

Age Limit: Maximum Age Limit As On 01.10.2018 is 40 Years. 

3 Years Age Relaxation for OBC & 5 Years Age Relaxation for SC/ST is applicable. 

Selection Process: The applications received shall be screened for eligibility. The candidates may be shortlisted for selection. The company reserves the right to shortlist the number of candidates for Written Test/ Interview out of eligible candidates.

Based upon the performance in the Written Test, and fulfilling the conditions of eligibility; candidates shall be shortlisted for Interview.

Appointment of selected candidates will be subject to their being found medically fit in the Medical Examination to be conducted as per RITES Rules and Standards of Medical Fitness for the relevant post.
Candidates have the option to appear for interview either in Hindi or English.

Nature & Period of Engagement: The appointment shall be purely on contract basis initially for a period of three years, depending upon the requirements of the Project, extendable until completion of the assignment subject to mutual consent and satisfactory performance.

Selected candidates shall be liable to be posted anywhere in India as per company requirements.
