Educational Qualification/ Eligibility Criteria for SLPRB Assam Police Jail Warder
For being eligible for the post of Jail Warder in Assam Police, a candidate must possess H.S.L.C (10th Pass) or equivalent from Government recognized Board or Council. He/ she must also fulfill the Physical Standards and Medical Standards specified by the State Level Police Recruitment Board (SLPRB), Assam.
Age Limit for Jail Warder Posts in Assam Police by SLPRB
The Age limit (as on 01.01.2023) specified by SLPRB Assam Police for Jail Warder posts is 18 to 40 years i.e. the Candidate must not be born before 01.01.1983 and must not be born after 01.01.2005.
Relaxation in upper age limit will be 05 years for SC, ST (P) and ST(H) candidates, 03 years for OBC/ MOBC candidates and 02 years for Ex-Servicemen candidates.
