The Union Public Commission of India (UPSC) has invited online applications for the following Posts under various departments: 

One Instrumentation Engineer, Farm Machinery Training and Testing Institute, Department of Agriculture, Cooperation and Farmers Welfare, Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare (UR-01).

Pay Scale: Level 10 in the pay matrix as per 7th CPC. General Central Service, Group ‘A’, Gazetted Non-Ministerial. Age: 35 years.

QUALIFICATIONS: ESSENTIAL (i) Degree in Electronics Engineering or Instrumentation Engineering from a recognised university or institution. (ii) Three years’ experience in handling independently installation, calibration and maintenance of electronics and electrical instruments for automatic measurement and controls, experience in handling strain gauge, sound and vibration equipment etc. from Central Government or state governments or union territory administrations or public sector undertakings or agricultural universities or recognized research institutions or councils or semi-government or autonomous or statutory organisations. OR (i) Masters’ degree in Electronics Engineering or Instrumentation Engineering from a recognized university or institute; (ii) One year experience in handling independently installation, calibration and maintenance of electronics and electrical instruments for automatic measurement and controls, experience in handling strain gauge, sound and vibration equipment, etc., from Central Government or state governments or union territory administrations or public sector undertakings or agricultural universities or recognized research institutions or Councils or semi-Government or autonomous or statutory body. 

One Anaesthetist (Family Welfare), Family Welfare Organization, Director General of Armed Forces Medical Services (DGAFMS), Ministry of Defence (UR-01). The post is permanent.

Pay Scale: Level 10 in the pay matrix as per 7th CPC. General Central Service, Group ‘A’, Gazetted Non- Ministerial.

Age: 35 years.

QUALIFICATIONS:  (i) A recognized Medical qualification included in the first or second Schedule or Part-II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of the Medical Qualifications included in the Part-II of the Third Schedule to the said Act should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. (ii) Completion of Compulsory rotating internship. (iii) Post Graduate Medical Qualification in Anaesthesia. (iv) Oneyear experience in Anaesthesia in case of Post Graduate Degree holder and three years in case of Post Graduate Diploma holder.

One Assistant Professor (Paediatrics), Armed Forces Medical College, Director General of Armed Forces Medical Services (DGAFMS), Ministry of Defence (UR-01). The post is permanent.

 

Pay Scale: Level 11 in the pay matrix as per 7th CPC. General Central Service, Group ‘A’, Gazetted Non- Ministerial.

Age: 45 years.

QUALIFICATIONS: (i) A degree of Doctor of Medicine (Paediatrics) from any recognized University or Medical Institution in India. OR (ii) Post graduate degree qualifications in Paediatrics viz. M.D., MRCP, FRCP (Canada) or MD (Paediatrics) (USA) with complete and entire requirements of the Board concerned. (iii) At least three years experience as Registrar/ Tutor/ Demonstrator in the concerned speciality in the Medical College/ Teaching Institution.

 Six Lecturer (Pharmacy), Department of Training & Technical Education, Government of NCT of Delhi (SC-01, UR-05).

Pay Scale: Rs. 15,600-39,100 ( PB-3) + Rs. 5,400 (Grade Pay)+ @ DA as applicable (Pre-revised). General Central Service, Group ‘A’, Gazetted Non-Ministerial.

Age: 35 years.

QUALIFICATIONS: (i) Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy with 1st class, or (ii) Master’s degree in Pharmacy with 1st class or grade points more than 6.75 under CGPA. (iii) Registration as Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act, 1948.

EXPERIENCE: Three years teaching and professional experience for Bachelors and one year for Masters Qualification.

 

Two Joint Director (Fisheries), Directorate of Fisheries, Andaman and Nicobar Administration (UR-02).

Pay Scale: Level-11 in the pay matrix as per 7th CPC. General Central Service, Group ‘A’, Gazetted Non-Ministerial.

Age: 40 years.

QUALIFICATIONS: Masters Degree in Fisheries Science from a recognized University. OR M.Sc. in Zoology/Marine Biology with specialization in Fisheries from a recognized University.

EXPERIENCE: Five years experience in field of Inland and Marine Fisheries Development.

One Project Manager (Technical), District Industries Centre, Industries Department, Andaman & Nicobar Administration (UR-01). The post is permanent.

Pay Scale: Level-10 in the pay matrix as per 7th CPC. General Central Service, Group ‘A’, Gazetted Non-Ministerial.

Age: 35 years.

QUALIFICATIONS:  (i) B.E./B.Tech. in information Technology or in Electronics & Communication Engineering or in Computer Science Engineering from a recognized University /Institute. OR Bachelor of Computer application from a recognized University or Institute. OR M.E./M.Tech. in Information Technology or in Electronics & Communication Engineering or in Computer Science Engineering from a recognized University/Institute
