Salary / Pay Scale for WBHRB Clinical Instructor
Candidates selected by WBHRB as Clinical Instructor in Govt. College of Nursing will be appointed in the Pay Scale of ₹ 35,800/- to ₹ 92,100/- in Level 12 of WBS (ROPA) Rules 2019.

Educational Qualification/ Eligibility Criteria for WBHRB Clinical Instructor
In order to be eligible for the post of WBHRB Clinical Instructor, a candidate must possess following essential qualifications:-
- M.Sc. degree in Nursing acquired from a recognized University,
OR
B.Sc. Degree in Nursing acquired from a recognized University with at least five years’ experience of serving under this State Government in the cadre of West Bengal Nursing Service or West Bengal General Service.
- Knowledge of Bengali – spoken and written.
Age Limit Specified by WBHRB for Clinical Instructor Posts
As per the notification given by West Bengal Health Recruitment Board (WBHRB), the Maximum Age limit (as on 01.01.2023) required for the post of Clinical Instructor in Govt. College of Nursing is 50 years.
Selection Process for WBHRB Clinical Instructor
Selection of the candidates for the post of Clinical Instructor will be done through Interview.
However, Shortlisting of the candidates may be carried out by WBHRB before the Interview on the basis of Academic Scores OR on the basis of Written Test (if required) or both.
Application Fees for WBHRB Clinical Instructor Recruitment 2023
Candidates are required to pay an Application Fee of ₹210/- (Rupees Two Hundred and Ten) only for WBHRB Clinical Instructor Recruitment 2023.
SC, ST and PWD candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.
