Udupi Cochin Shipyard Limited (UCSL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Cochin Shipyard Limited (CSL), has announced the recruitment of Executive Trainees in the disciplines of Mechanical, Electrical, and Naval Architecture. A total of 8 vacancies are available, with specific allocations for different categories. The selected candidates will undergo one year of training, during which they will receive a monthly stipend of ₹50,000. Upon successful completion of the training, the trainees will be appointed as Assistant Managers in E-1 Grade, with an annual CTC of approximately ₹10 lakhs.
