IGCAR Trade Apprentice Recruitment 2024 – Overview
The Indira Gandhi Centre for Atomic Research (IGCAR) has released a notification inviting applications for the engagement of Trade Apprentices under the Apprentices Act, 1961. A total of 198 vacancies are available across various trades such as Fitter, Turner, Machinist, Electrician, and more. The training period for the apprenticeship is one year.
Aspiring candidates must have completed their ITI certification in the relevant trade from a recognized institute. The selection process will be based on the marks obtained in the ITI course. Selected candidates will receive a stipend of Rs. 8050/- per month for those who have undergone a 2-year ITI Training Course, and Rs.7700/- per month for those who have undergone a 1-year ITI Training Course.
