NSPCL Diploma/Lab Assistant Trainee Recruitment 2024: Overview
NTPC-SAIL Power Company Limited (NSPCL) has announced the recruitment of Diploma Trainees and Lab Assistant Trainees for the year 2024. A total of 30 vacancies are available across Electrical, Mechanical, C&I, and Chemistry disciplines. The selected candidates will undergo one year of training at NSPCL project locations or as per company arrangements. During the training period, they will receive a consolidated stipend of ₹24,000 per month. Upon successful completion of training, they will be absorbed into the pay scale of W7 Grade (₹24,000-3%-). This is a great opportunity for diploma holders and B.Sc. graduates to start their careers with a leading power generation company.
Prospective candidates must hold a relevant diploma or degree with a minimum of 60% marks (pass marks for reserved categories). The age limit for applying is 27 years as of the last date of online application. The selection process involves an online test consisting of Aptitude and Technical Knowledge sections. The exam will be conducted in Delhi NCR/Kolkata/Raipur/Bhubaneshwar. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online through the NSPCL website. A non-refundable registration fee of ₹300 is applicable for General/EWS category candidates. SC/ST/PwBD/XSM category and female candidates are exempted from paying the registration fee.
