Educational Qualification:
- Office Assistants (Multipurpose): Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager): Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university. Preference given to degrees in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, etc.
- Officer Scale-II (General Banking Officer): Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
- Officer Scale-II (Specialist Cadre): Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field with a minimum of 50% marks and specific qualifications such as CA, MBA, Law, etc.
- Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager): Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and at least 5 years of experience as an officer in a bank or financial institution.
Age Limit:
- Office Assistants (Multipurpose): 18-28 years.
- Officer Scale-I: 18-30 years.
- Officer Scale-II: 21-32 years.
- Officer Scale-III: 21-40 years.
