IDBI Executive Recruitment 2023 - Notification Details
The IDBI Bank has published the IDBI Executive Recruitment 2023 notification for recruitment to 1036 posts of Executives on contractual basis. The contract would be initially for a period of one year which may be extended for a further period of two years on year-to-year basis. On successful completion of a period of 03 years of contractual service, the candidates shall become eligible for appointment as Assistant Manager (Grade A) in the Bank through a selection process that would be conducted by the Bank as per vacancy available at the relevant point of time.

Salary / Pay Scale of Executives in IDBI Bank
Candidates selected as Executive in IDBI Bank will be paid a consolidated remuneration of ₹ 29,000/- per month in the first year,
₹ 31,000/- per month in the second year and ₹ 34,000/- per month in the third year of service.
Apart from the above, they will also be covered under the IDBI Bank Ltd. New Pension Scheme (IBLNPS).

Educational Qualification/ Eligibility Criteria for IDBI Executive
A candidate must be a Graduate from a government recognized university/ institute for being eligible for the post of Executive in IDBI Bank.
Age Limit Specified by IDBI for Executive Posts
The Age limit (as on 01.05.2023) specified by IDBI for Executive posts are as follows:-
- Minimum Age: 20 years
- Maximum Age: 25 years
Relaxation in upper age limit for the candidates belonging to various reserved categories will be applicable as per Government norms.
Selection Process for IDBI Executive
The selection process for IDBI Bank Executive comprises of the following steps:-
- Online Test (OT)
- Document Verification (DV)
- Pre Recruitment Medical Test (PRMT)
Application Fees for IDBI Executive Recruitment 2023
All the candidates are required to pay an amount of ₹ 1000/- as Application Fees and Intimation Charges.
However, the candidates belonging to SC/ ST/ PWD categories will have to pay only ₹ 200/- as Intimation Charge.
