The Indian Army invites applications from eligible unmarried male and female engineering graduates, as well as widows of Indian Armed Forces Defence Personnel, for the 64th Short Service Commission (Tech) Men (Apr 2025) and 35th Short Service Commission (Tech) Women Course (Apr 2025). The selected candidates will undergo training at the Pre-Commissioning Training Academy (PCTA).
Eligible candidates must have passed the requisite engineering degree course or be in the final year of the engineering degree course. Candidates studying in the final year should be able to submit proof of passing the engineering degree examination along with marksheets by 1st April 2025. The age limit for SSC (Tech) is 20 to 27 years as on 1st April 2025. For widows of Defence Personnel, the maximum age is 35 years.
