Indian Army TES 2024 – Notification Summary
The Indian Army has announced the commencement of the 10+2 Technical Entry Scheme (TES) – 52 course for unmarried male candidates. The course is scheduled to begin in January 2025, providing an excellent opportunity to join the Indian Army as a Permanent Commissioned Officer. Aspiring candidates must have passed their 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) and must have appeared for the JEE (Mains) 2024 examination.
Successful completion of the four-year course grants cadets a Permanent Commission in the Indian Army in the rank of Lieutenant. The selection process involves shortlisting based on the JEE Mains score, followed by a two-stage Service Selection Board (SSB) interview and a medical examination. The training includes Integrated Basic Military Training and Engineering Training at CME Pune/MCTE Mhow/MCEME Secunderabad, and IMA Dehradun. Candidates are also awarded an Engineering degree upon successful completion of the training.
