Salary / Pay Scale for IOCL Engineer / Officer / Graduate Engineering Apprentice
Candidates selected as Engineer / Officer in IOCL Through GATE 2021 & IOCL Recruitment 2021 will be placed in the pay scale of Rs. 50,000 – 1,60,000.
Total initial annual CTC for Engineers / Officers in IOCL including all allowances will be approx Rs. 15.20 Lakh.
Candidates selected as Graduate Engineer Apprentice will get a fixed monthly stipend during apprenticeship.
