Salary / Pay Scale for Management Trainee in MOIL
Selected candidates will be placed as Management Trainee in E02 Grade in the scale of pay of Rs. 50,000–3%- 1,60,000/- at the initial Basic of Rs. 50,000/- per month as a consolidated amount during the training period.
On successful and satisfactory completion of 1 year training period regularization will be in E-2 Grade in the scale of pay of Rs. 50,000–3%-1,60,000/- at the initial Basic of Rs. 50,000/- on probation for 1 year as per the rules of the Company.

Educational Qualification / Eligibility Criteria For Management Trainee in MOIL
Any of the following Degree / Diploma holder candidates can apply online for MOIL MT Recruitment 2022
- P.G. Degree in Social Work with specialization in Labour Welfare, Personnel Management and Industrial Relations with minimum 60% marks. OR
- P.G. Degree/Diploma (2 years duration) in IRPM/Master of Labour studies from the recognized University/Institute with minimum 60% marks. OR
- MBA with specialization in Personnel Management /HR/HRD from recognized University/Institute with minimum 60% marks.
Age Limit for Management Trainee in MOIL Recruitment
The Upper Age Limit is 30 years for Management Trainee as on 04/06/2022 for General (UR)/SC/ST & EWS category candidates. Age relaxation for various reserved categories will be as per GoI Rules.
Selection Process for MOIL MT Recruitment 2022
Selection of candidates for Management Trainee (MT) posts in MOIL will be through Computer Based Online Test & Personal Interview.

Candidates belonging to General (UR) / OBC (Creamy Layer & Non-Creamy Layer)/EWS category are required to pay a Non-Refundable fee of Rs.590/- (Five Hundred ninety only, including GST). Application fee will be paid through Online mode only.
