The NHPC Limited, a premier Schedule – A, ‘Mini Ratna’ Company of Government of India has published the NHPC Trainee Officer Recruitment 2023 notification for recruiting fresher candidates as Trainee Officer on regular basis. After successful completion of training, candidates selected through this recruitment process will be appointed in NHPC on regular basis and will receive annual CTC Package of approx. ₹ 15 Lakh.

Salary / Pay Scale for Trainee Officer in NHPC
Candidates selected as Trainee Officer in the NHPC Limited will be placed in the pay scale of ₹ 50,000-3%-1,60,000 (IDA).
The company offers attractive compensation package comprising Basic Pay, Dearness Allowance, HRA, Cafeteria Allowance, Performance Related Pay (PRP), Medical Facility, Social Security Benefits including PF, Pension,Gratuity etc. as per company rules in force from time to time.
Selected candidates as Trainee Officer in NHPC Limited will be placed in the pay scale of ₹ 50,000-3%- 1,60,000 (IDA) (E2) during one year training period. On successful completion of training, the candidates will be absorbed as Officer in the same scale with probation of one year. The total annual emoluments for the new joinee shall be approx. ₹ 15 Lakh.

Age Limit for NHPC Trainee Officer Recruitment 2023
The upper age limit for Trainee Officer posts in NHPC Limited is 30 years which is relaxable by 5 years for SC / ST, 3 years for OBC (Non- creamy layer) Candidates. It is relaxable by 10 years for PwBD – General, 13 years for PwBD – OBC (Non Creamy Layer) and 15 years for PwBD-SC/ST candidates.

Application Fees for NHPC Trainee Officer Recruitment 2023
For the post of Trainee Officer in NHPC Limited, candidates belonging to General, EWS & OBC category are required to pay a nonrefundable fee of ₹ 295/- (including [email protected]%) through online mode.
The SC/ST/PwBD Ex-Serviceman category candidates need not pay the registration fee.
