RRC SER Trade Apprentice Recruitment 2023 – 1785 Vacancies for ITI Pass Candidates

Railway Recruitment Cell – South Eastern Railway (RRC SER) has launched the RRC SER Trade Apprentice Recruitment 2023. This massive recruitment drive aims to fill a substantial 1785 vacancies for Trade Apprentices in various locations like Kharagpur, Santragachi, Tikiapara, and others. The roles are part of an apprenticeship program, offering a fixed monthly stipend as per government norms. Candidates who have completed 10th with ITI in a relevant trade are eligible to apply. The age bracket for this opportunity is 15-24 years, with age relaxations applicable as per government regulations.

The selection process for the Trade Apprentice positions is unique, as it will be based on a merit list prepared trade-wise, considering the percentage of marks obtained in Matriculation (minimum 50% aggregate). This merit-based selection ensures a fair and transparent process. Notably, the application fee is set at ₹100, but SC, ST, PWD, and Women candidates are exempt from this fee. The notification was released on 29th November 2023, and the application window also opened on the same day.
