TPSC GDMO Recruitment 2024 – Notification Summary
The Tripura Public Service Commission (TPSC) has released a notification inviting applications for the recruitment of 224 General Duty Medical Officers (GDMO), Grade-IV under the Health & Family Welfare Department. These are permanent positions, and the scale of pay is at Pay Matrix Level-14 of 2018. The online application process will be open from 10th September 2024 to 19th October 2024 (5:30 PM).
Candidates must be Indian citizens and hold a medical qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or Part-II of the Third Schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. They should also have completed their internship and possess a permanent Registration Certificate from any State Medical Council or the Medical Council of India. The age limit is 40 years as of 19th October 2024, with relaxations for reserved categories and government employees. The selection process will consist of a written examination (85 marks) and an interview/viva (15 marks).
