For the initial five years, Forest Guards in Gujarat will receive a fixed monthly stipend of Rs. 19,950/-. After the initial five years, Forest Guards will be regularised in the 7th Pay Matrix Level-1 (Rs. 18,000/- to Rs. 56,900/-).
