The Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission (CGPSC) has published the CGPSC Hostel Superintendent Recruitment 2023 notification for recruitment to 500 posts of Hostel Superintendent Grade ‘D’ in the Tribal and Scheduled Caste Development Department, Government of Chhattisgarh on Regular basis. Salary / Pay Scale for Hostel Superintendent by CGPSC
Candidates selected as Hostel Superintendent Grade ‘D’ by the Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission (CGPSC), will be appointed in the Pay Matrix Level-6. They will also get other allowances as per Chhattisgarh Government norms.

Educational Qualification/ Eligibility Criteria for CGPSC Hostel Superintendent
Candidates possessing Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) i.e. who have passed 12th (10+2) are eligible for applying for the post of Hostel Superintendent Grade ‘D’.
However, Computer trained candidates will be given preference, as notified by Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission (CGPSC).
Age Limit Specified by CGPSC for Hostel Superintendent Posts
The Age limit (as on 01.01.2023) specified by CGPSC for Hostel Superintendent posts are as follows:-
- Minimum Age: 21 years
- Maximum Age: 35 years
Relaxation in upper age limit for the candidates belonging to various reserved categories will be applicable as per Chhattisgarh Government norms.
Selection Process for CGPSC Hostel Superintendent
Selection of the candidates for the post of Hostel Superintendent will be done through Written Examination and Interview conducted by CGPSC.

All the candidates are required to pay Examination fee including Portal fee & GST as applicable for CGPSC Hostel Superintendent Recruitment 2023.
However, the local resident candidates are exempted from payment of Examination fee.
