The Damodar Valley Corporation (DVC) has published the DVC GET Recruitment 2022 Notification for recruitment to the posts of Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) in the disciplines of Mechanical / Electrical / C&I / Civil / IT & Communication. Salary / Pay Scale for GET in DVC
The Selected candidates will be placed as Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) in the Damodar Valley Corporation (DVC) in the Pay Scale of Rs 56,100-1,77,500/- in Pay Matrix Level 10 (as per 7th CPC) during the one year probation period.
On successful completion of the probation period, the candidates will be absorbed as Assistant Engineers on the same scale.
On regularisation, the compensation package includes Basic Pay, Central Dearness Allowance (CDA), Medical Allowance, Leave Travel Allowance, Provident Fund, Conveyance Allowance, Leave Encashment and HRA etc. admissible as per Corporation Rules in force from time to time.

Age Limit For GETs in DVC
The upper age limit is 29 years. Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PwBD/ESM candidates will be as per GOI guidelines
Selection Process For Graduate Engineer Trainees DVC
The Selection Process consists of marks obtained (out of 100) in the corresponding paper of GATE 2022, Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI).
Eligible candidates must have appeared in the corresponding paper of GATE 2022, i.e. Mechanical (ME)/ Electrical (EE)/ Civil (CE)/ Instrumentation (IN)/ Electronics & Communication Engineering (EC)/Computer Science and Information Technology (CS).
Application Fees for DVC GET
Candidates belonging to General/OBC(NCL)/EWS categories are required to pay a Non-refundable Application Fee of Rs 300/- (Rupees Three Hundred Only) through Online mode only (SBI Collect).
Candidates belonging to SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-SM categories & DVC Departmental Candidates are exempted from payment of application fees.
