Salary / Emoluments for Junior Associate and Senior Associate in GAIL Gas Limited
Candidates selected by the GAIL Gas Limited will receive consolidated emoluments as mentioned below which includes their Pay, HRA and other allowances.
- Junior Associate: ₹ 40,000/- Per Month
- Senior Associate: ₹ 60,000/- Per Month

- Senior Associate (Fire & Safety): Full time Bachelor Degree in Engineering in Fire/ Fire & Safety with minimum 50% marks.
- Senior Associate (Marketing): Full time Two years MBA with specialization in Marketing/ Oil & Gas/ Petroleum and Energy/ Energy and Infrastructure/ International Business with minimum 50% marks.
- Senior Associate (Finance & Accounts): CA/ CMA (ICWA) or Full time two years MBA with specialization in Finance with minimum 50% Marks.
- Senior Associate (Company Secretary): Company Secretary.
- Senior Associate (Human Resources): Full time Two years MBA/ MSW/ PG Diploma with specialization in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations/ Human Resources Management with minimum 50% marks. LLB degree will be added advantage.
The candidates must also possess minimum 02 years post qualification in line Experience in respective discipline for being eligible for the above mentioned posts. One year apprenticeship in respective discipline will be considered as part of experience.

As per the notification given by GAIL Gas Limited, the Upper Age limit (as on 10.04.2023) specified for the posts of Junior Associate and Senior Associate is 32 years.
Relaxation in upper age limit for reserved category candidates will be applicable as per Government norms.
Selection Process for Junior Associate and Senior Associate Recruitment in GAIL Gas Limited
Selection of the candidates for the post of Junior Associate in GAIL Gas Limited will be done through Written Test and/ or Skill Test whereas the candidates will be selected for the post of Senior Associate as per their performance in Written Test and Personal Interview.
