The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) has published the ISRO Junior Personal Assistant Recruitment 2023 notification. Through this recruitment process, Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) will recruit Junior Personal Assistant in its various Zones and in various other Autonomous Institutes under the Department of Space. All these posts are for regular appointment.

Salary / Pay Scale for Junior Personal Assistant in ISRO
Junior Personal Assistant Post in Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) carries the 7th Pay Matrix Level 04 (₹ 25,500/- to ₹ 81,100/-) [Old Pay Band ₹ 5200-20200/- and Grade Pay ₹ 2400/-].
In addition, Dearness Allowance [DA], House Rent Allowance [HRA] and Transport Allowance are payable as per extant rules on the subject. The employees will be governed by the New Pension Scheme. Further, medical facilities for self and dependents, subsidised canteen, limited quarters facility (in lieu of HRA), Leave Travel Concession, Group Insurance, House Building Advance etc are admissible as per Central Government orders.

Educational Qualification / Eligibility Criteria for ISRO Junior Personal Assistant
For the post of Junior Personal Assistant in Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), candidate must have –
- Graduation with Minimum of 60% marks or CGPA of 6.32 on a 10 point scale as declared by any recognised University, with a pre-requisite condition that Graduation should have been completed within the stipulated duration of the course as prescribed by the University OR
- Diploma in Commercial/Secretarial Practice with Minimum of 60% marks or CGPA of 6.32 on a 10- point scale as declared by any recognised Board/ University, with a pre-requisite condition that Diploma should have been completed within the stipulated duration of the course as prescribed by the University; with one-year experience as StenoTypist/ Stenographer AND
- A minimum speed of 60 w.p.m. in English Stenography
Age Limit for ISRO Junior Personal Assistant
The upper age limit for ISRO Junior Personal Assistant is 28 years (31 years for OBC candidates and 33 years for SC/ST candidates, wherever posts are reserved).
Selection Process for Junior Personal Assistant in Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO)
Selection of candidates for Junior Personal Assistant Posts in Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) will be through Written Test which will be conducted at eleven venues viz., Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Dehradun, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, New Delhi and Thiruvananthapuram.
Based on performance in the written test, candidates will be short-listed for skill test in the ratio of 1:5 (maximum) to the category-wise number of vacancies, with minimum of 10 candidates.

All Women/Scheduled Castes (SC)/ Scheduled Tribes (ST); Ex-serviceman [EX] and Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) candidates are exempted from payment of Application Fee.
