ISRO Project Associate Recruitment 2022 - Notification Details
The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) has published ISRO Project Associate Recruitment 2022 notification for engagement of bright candidates with scientific aptitude to work as Project Associate – 1 (PA-1) at Space Applications Centre (SAC), Ahmedabad which is one of the lead Centres of Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), Department of Space (DOS). Project Associates will get an opportunity to work on Microelectronics/ VLSI related project activities. They will be engaged initially for ONE YEAR and is extendable for period upto FIVE YEARS or till completion of the project whichever is earlier based on assessment of their work and requirement of project.

Emoluments & Other Benefits for Project Associate in ISRO
Candidates selected as Project Associate –1 (PA-1) in ISRO will be given Project Associateship amount of ₹ 31,000/- per month + HRA for NET/ GATE qualified or selected through National level examinations conducted by Central Govt. Department and their Agencies and Institutions OR ₹ 25,000/- + HRA per month for who do not fall under as above. Medical benefits for self only will be allowed as per extant rules.

Educational Qualification / Eligibility Criteria for ISRO Project Associate
For being eligible for the post of Project Associate –1 (PA-1) in ISRO, required qualifications are as follows:-
- B.E./ B.Tech in Electronics Engineering/ Electrical Engineering.
OR
- Master of Science in Electronics with First class with a minimum of 65% marks (aggregate of all semesters) or CGPA grading of 6.84 on a 10 Point scale.
Age Limit for ISRO Project Associate
The upper age limit for Project Associate –1 (PA-1) as notified by ISRO is 35 years.
Age Relaxation for SC/ ST candidates is 05 years and for OBC candidates it is 03 years. Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) and Ex-Servicemen candidates are eligible for age relaxation as per Government of India norms.
Selection Process for Project Associate in Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO)
Selection of candidates for the post of Project Associate –1 (PA-1) in Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) will be done through Personal Interview. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the Interview. Shortlisting of the candidates will be based on their academic records or performance in written test (if required).
