MP SET stands for “Madhya Pradesh State Eligibility Test.” It is a test conducted by the Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPPSC) to determine eligibility for recruitment as Assistant Professor in universities and colleges in the state of Madhya Pradesh, India. Candidates who pass the test are considered qualified for appointment to the post of Assistant Professor in universities and colleges in the state of Madhya Pradesh.
The MPPSC is responsible for organizing the test, setting the syllabus, and releasing the results. It is an autonomous body established by the Constitution of India to conduct recruitment examinations for various posts in the state of Madhya Pradesh.

Educational Qualification / Eligibility Criteria To Appear in MP SET 2023
Those candidates who have completed PG Degree or Who are studying in the Final Year (or 3rd / 4th Semester) of PG Degree can apply online for MP SET 2023.
Age Limit For MPPSC MPSET 2023
There is no upper age limit to appear in the MP SET 2023 Exam.
Exam Process for MPSET 2023
There are two parts to the MPSET exam: Paper 1 and Paper 2. Paper 1 is meant to test how much the candidate knows about their chosen subject, and Paper 2 is meant to test how smart the candidate is in general. Both tests have objective questions with more than one answer choice. The MPSET test takes 3 hours to complete.

Application fee for MP SET 2023 is Rs. 500/- for General Category and Rs. 250/- for Reserved Category.
