Age Limit for NHPC Junior Engineer (JE) Recruitment 2023
For this recruitment drive, NHPC has set the upper age limit to 30 years. However, there are provisions for age relaxation as per government norms. SC/ST candidates get a relaxation of 5 years, OBC (non-creamy layer) candidates get a 3-year relaxation, and PwBD candidates get a relaxation of up to 15 years, depending on the category they belong to.

Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear for a Computer-Based Online Test. The selection process will primarily be based on the scores achieved in this test. The minimum qualifying marks for consideration in the selection process are 40% for Gen/OBC/EWS candidates and 35% for SC/ST/PwD candidates.
