Salary / Pay Scale for CHO in SHS Bihar
The community Health Officer (CHO) in SHS Bihar will get remuneration of Rs. 25,000/- per month honorarium plus performance based incentive upto a sum of Rs.15,000/- per month based on indicators subject to the approval of National Health Mission, Government ofIndia.

OR
B.Sc. (Nursing) / Post Basic B.Sc. (Nursing) / with successful completion of Certificate course in Community Health.
Age Limit for SHS Bihar CHO
Age Limit is 42 Years for UR / EWS (M), 45 Years for BC / MBC (M&F) and UR / EWS (F). For SC / ST (M&F), the upper age limit is 47 years. However, Minimum age should be 21 years.
Selection Process for SHS Bihar CHO
Selecction of candidates for CHO posts in SHS Bihar will be based on academic score obtained in relevant degree / diploma.
