Salary / Pay Scale for Field Supervisor in WAPCOS
Candidates Selected as Field Supervisor in WAPCOS Limited will receive a monthly salary of ₹. 14,000/- to Rs.17,000/-(as per experience & qualification). Further they will also receive Bike Allowance/Mileag allowance of ₹ 3000/- per month and Laptop Allowance: ₹ 1000/- per month.

Educational Qualification / Eligibility Criteria for WAPCOS Field Supervisor
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech. or equivalent qualification in following Engineering Discipline is required for Field Supervisor posts notified by WAPCOS:
- Electrical Engineering
- Electrical & Electronics
- Electronics & Communication
- Electronics & Instrumentation
Minimum Experience required for WAPCOS Field Supervisor Recruitment 2023:
- Minimum 02 years’ Experience in Power Distribution Sector.
- Experience in area of UDAY/DDUGJY/R- APDRP/IPDS/SAUBHAGYA/ Rural Electrification/Loss Reduction/System Strengthening etc.
- Experience in handling field quality issues, third party inspection, carry out all field activities including survey verification, site supervision, QAM implementation and certification of work completion.
Age Limit for WAPCOS Field Supervisor Recruitment 2023
