- Engineer (Mining): Full-time Engineering Degree in Mining/Opencast Mining or related fields, along with a First or Second Class Manager’s Certificate of Competency (under MMR-1961). Requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in quarry management in open-cast mechanized mines.
- Engineer (Instrumentation/Electrical): Full-time Engineering Degree in Electrical/Instrumentation/Electronics or related disciplines. Requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in the maintenance of electrical systems, switchyards, and process instrumentation.
- Officer (Material Management): Full-time Engineering Degree or a Postgraduate Degree/Diploma in Materials Management/Supply Chain Management. Requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, vendor management, and inventory control.
