Salary / Pay Scale for PGCIL Engineer Trainee
PGCIL offers a highly attractive pay package, making it one of the best in the industry. Selected candidates will be placed in the pay scale of ₹40,000 to ₹1,40,000 (IDA) during the one-year training period. During this time, they will receive a stipend in the form of a basic pay of ₹40,000, along with IDA, HRA, and perks at 12% of the basic pay.
Upon successful completion of training, candidates will be absorbed as Engineers in the E2 scale, with a pay scale of ₹50,000 to ₹1,60,000 (IDA).
