CSIR CIMAP Junior Secretariat Assistant Eligibility Criteria 2025

Aspiring candidates must ensure they meet the following eligibility criteria before applying:

Educational Qualification:

Minimum 10+2/XII or its equivalent.
Proficiency in computer type speed at 35 w.p.m. in English OR 30 w.p.m. in Hindi. (35 w.p.m./30 w.p.m. correspond to 10500 KDPH/9000 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each word).

CSIR CIMAP JSA Salary and Benefits

Selected candidates will be placed in Pay Level 2, Cell-1 of the Pay Matrix as per the 7th CPC.

In addition to the basic pay, employees are entitled to:

CSIR CIMAP Junior Secretariat Assistant Selection Process 2025

The selection process for the Junior Secretariat Assistant posts will involve a competitive written examination and a proficiency test in computer typing.

Scheme of Competitive Written Examination:

The written examination will consist of two papers (Paper-I and Paper-II).

Mode of Examination: OMR Based or Computer Based Objective Type Multiple Choice Examination.
Medium of Questions: English and Hindi (except for the English Language section).
Standard of Examination: 10+2/XII.
