- Educational Qualification & Experience:
- A Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Computer Science or Information Technology from a recognized University, combined with 6 years of experience in the field of computerization.
- OR
- A Master’s degree in Computer Application (MCA) or M.Sc in Computer Science from a recognized University, along with 6 years of experience in computerization.
- OR
- A B.Sc. in Computer Science or a Bachelor in Computer Application (BCA) with First Class or at least 60% marks in aggregate, coupled with 7 years of experience in the field of computerization.
- Preferred Qualification: A Degree in Law from a recognized university will be considered an additional and preferred qualification.
- Age Limit:
- Candidates must be between 18 and 35 years of age.
- Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/OBC/PH/Ex-servicemen and dependents of Freedom Fighters as per government rules.

Salary & Benefits (Pay Scale)

- Senior Court Assistant-cum-Senior Programmer Salary:
- Pay Level: Level 8 of the Pay Matrix.
- Initial Basic Pay: ₹ 47,600/- per month.
- Allowances: In addition to the basic pay, selected candidates will receive Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Transport Allowance (TA), and other allowances as per the rules.
- Junior Court Assistant-cum-Junior Programmer Salary:
- Pay Level: Level 6 of the Pay Matrix.
- Initial Basic Pay: ₹ 35,400/- per month.
- Allowances: The post includes all standard allowances like DA, HRA, and TA as admissible under the rules.
Selection Process
The selection of candidates will be conducted through a multi-stage examination process designed to test their knowledge and practical skills. Candidates must qualify at each stage to proceed to the next.
The selection process for both posts will consist of the following four stages:
- Written (Objective Type) Test: This test will cover questions from:
- General English
- General Awareness
- Reasoning
- Quantitative Aptitude
- Objective Type Technical Aptitude Test: This test will assess the candidate’s technical knowledge relevant to the post.
- Practical Aptitude Test: Candidates who qualify in the first two objective tests will be called for a practical test to evaluate their hands-on skills. The number of candidates shortlisted for this stage will be a maximum of 10 times the number of vacancies.
- Interview: Candidates who clear the practical test will be summoned for a final interview. The number of candidates for the interview will be restricted to a maximum of 3 times the total vacancies for each post.
To qualify, a candidate must secure a minimum of 50% marks in each of the tests (Written, Technical, Practical) and the Interview. The final merit list will be prepared based on the cumulative performance of the candidates who qualify in all stages.
