Selection Process for HPCL Engineer / Officer Recruitment 2022

The selection process may comprise of various shortlisting and selection tools like Computer Based Test, Group Task, Personal Interview, Moot court (only for Law Officers) etc.

Computer Based Test will be of objective questions with no negative marking and will comprise of two parts.

  1. General Aptitude consisting of English Language, Quantitative Aptitude Test & Intellectual Potential test (Logical Reasoning and Data Interpretation).
  2. Technical / Professional Knowledge comprising of questions related to Qualifying degree / Educational background required for the applied position.

Basis scrutiny of the application, uploaded documents (if applicable) and category-wise and discipline wise merit list in Computer Based Test, eligible candidates will be called for Group Task & Personal Interview.

Application Fees for HPCL Engineer / Officer Recruitment 2022

UR, OBCNC and EWS candidates are required to pay a Non-Refundable Amount of ₹1180/- + payment gateway charges if any (Application fee of ₹1000/- + [email protected]% i.e. ₹180/- + payment gateway charges if applicable).

Selection Process for HPCL Technician Recruitment 2022

Candidates fulfilling all of the above eligibility criteria for respective positions will be called for a Computer Based Test (CBT) comprising of General Aptitude Test and Technical / Professional Knowledge.

Candidates qualifying in the CBT will be called for Skill Test, in order of the category-wise and position wise merit list (as per cut – off marks decided by HPCL). Skill test shall be of “qualifying nature” only. The candidates qualifying Skill Test will have to appear for pre-employment medical examination.
