    • No experience is required for candidates with CA or MBA/PGDM qualifications.

Manager Grade ‘B’ (General Stream)

  • Qualification:
    • Graduation in any discipline with a minimum of 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD).
    • OR Post-Graduation in any discipline with a minimum of 55% marks (Pass class for SC/ST/PwBD).
  • Experience:
    • A minimum of five years of post-qualification experience as an officer in RBI, SEBI, All India Financial Institutions, Scheduled Commercial Banks, or RBI-registered NBFCs.

Manager Grade ‘B’ (Legal Stream)

  • Qualification:
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD) and enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of India.
    • A Master’s Degree in Law (LLM) or Company Secretary (CS) qualification is desirable.
  • Experience:
    • A minimum of five years of post-bachelor’s degree experience as a Law Officer in the legal department of specified institutions like RBI, SEBI, Banks, CPSEs, or NBFCs.

Manager Grade ‘B’ (Information Technology – IT Stream)

  • Qualification:

  • Duration: 120 minutes.
  • Shortlisting: Candidates will be shortlisted for Phase II based on marks scored in the Merit Sections (General Awareness, MSME, and Stream-Specific Test).

Stage 2: Phase II – Online Main Examination

Candidates who clear Phase I will appear for the main examination. The final merit list is heavily dependent on this stage. The structure varies by stream:

  • For General Stream (Grade A & B):
    • Paper I: Descriptive English Test (Essay, Précis, Comprehension, Business Correspondence) – 75 marks, 75 mins.
    • Paper II: Objective & Descriptive Test on MSME policies, finance, management, and related topics – 125 marks (75 Objective + 50 Descriptive), 135 mins.
  • For Legal & IT Streams (Grade B):
    • Paper I: Descriptive English Test – 75 marks, 75 mins.
    • Paper II: Stream-Specific Objective & Descriptive Test – 125 marks, 135 mins.

Stage 3: Phase III – Psychometric Test & Personal Interview

  • Psychometric Test: Shortlisted candidates will undergo a psychometric test to assess personality, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Interview: The final step is a personal interview for 100 marks. Your performance in the interview, combined with your Phase II exam score, will determine your final selection.
