Eligibility Criteria for MPIDC Recruitment 2025
Educational Qualification
- Assistant Engineer: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks (or minimum 54% marks for SC & ST Applicants – MP Domicile).
- Manager: Any Graduate from a recognized university with a minimum of 60% marks (or minimum 54% marks for SC & ST Applicants – MP Domicile).
Age Limit (as on January 1, 2025)
- Minimum age for all: 21 years
- Maximum age (general): 30 years
- Maximum age (with relaxation): 35 years for candidates eligible for age relaxation under vertical and horizontal reservation policies of the state, and for serving regular employees of the state or its Corporation/Board or similar entities.
- Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) categories and women candidates (MP Domicile) get an upper age limit relaxation of five (5) years.
- Age relaxation is also available to serving regular employees of the state or its corporation/board or similar entities, up to 5 years, with the maximum age limit remaining 35 years.

Salary & Benefits for MPIDC Posts
Selected candidates for both Manager and Assistant Engineer positions will be offered a pay scale based on Pay Matrix Level 12 (₹56100-₹177500) (7th Pay revision) along with admissible Dearness Allowance, as approved by MPIDC from time to time.
MPIDC Selection Process 2025
The selection process will involve the following stages:
- Online Academic Assessment Test:
- Conducted by MPOnline at various test centers (Bhopal, Gwalior, Jabalpur, Indore, Ujjain, and Satna). The number of cities may change.
- The test will consist of 100 objective-type questions (4 marks each), totaling 400 marks.
- There will be negative marking: 1 mark deducted for each wrong answer.
- The duration of the online examination will be 2 hours (120 minutes).
- MPIDC may fix category-wise minimum cut-off marks before preparing the merit list for the interview.
- Interview:
- A merit list for the interview will be prepared by MPOnline based on the online test scores.
- The number of candidates called for the interview will be three times the number of posts under each category.
- The interview will be carried out by a body determined by MPIDC.
- Document Verification:
- Candidates will be required for preliminary verification of original documents at the time of the interview.
- Final appointment is subject to verification of original documents. Candidates must also submit a medical fitness certificate and an affidavit for character verification.

- Upload scanned copies of the following documents:
- High School certificate/mark sheet (for Date of Birth proof).
- Higher Secondary/Diploma certificate.
- Certificate or Mark sheet of Graduation Degree from a recognized university.
- Caste certificate (if applicable, issued by a competent officer of Govt. of MP).
- Domicile Certificate (if seeking reservation & age relaxation).
- Valid EWS certificate (if applicable, issued by a competent officer of Govt. of M.P.).

- Declaration of being a regular employee of Govt. of M.P. or its entities (if seeking age relaxation).

Application Fees for MPIDC Recruitment
- Portal fee including taxes to MPOnline shall be as declared by MPOnline in the portal per candidate, payable through electronic mode.
- Payment can also be made in cash at an MPOnline KIOSK.
- No extra charges for scanning photographs etc., at the KIOSK apart from portal charges.
- After payment, a one-time edit facility will be available, with portal charges as declared by MPOnline.
- Objection calling fee shall be payable to MPOnline through electronic mode.
