- Registration:

- A login ID will be created after registration.
- Filling the Application Form:

Fee Notes:
- Fees will not be refunded if candidates do not appear in the recruitment test.

Important Instructions and Guidelines
- Certificates:
- Women candidates seeking reservation under OSC/DSC/BCA/BCB/PwBD/EWS categories must submit Caste Certificates issued from the Parental Side (Father’s side) only.
- BC-A/BC-B candidates of Haryana must attach the latest certificate as per Govt. notification No. 40/13/2024-1SW dated 16.07.2024, valid for 2025-26 (issued from April 2025 to March 2026). These certificates should be based on the income of FY 2024-25 (01.04.2024 to 31.03.2025) and issued after 01.04.2025.
- EWS candidates must submit a certificate valid for 2025-2026 as per Haryana Govt. Instructions dated 25.02.2019. This should also be based on income for FY 2024-25 and issued after 01.04.2025.
- OBC certificates will not be considered; candidates must submit BC-A/BC-B certificates.
- No Objection Certificate (NOC):
- Haryana Government employees who have not executed any bond may apply without NOC but need to submit a self-declaration about not facing disciplinary proceedings.
- Employees who have executed a bond (e.g., Doctors) require NOC from the HOD, to be submitted on or before the interview.
- Candidates joining government/quasi-government organizations after application submission (and have executed a bond) must produce an NOC by the interview date.
- Private sector employees do not need an NOC.
- Scribe/Extra Time for PwBD Candidates:
- Extra time @ 20 minutes per hour for PwBD (Blindness, Low vision, or Locomotor Disability affecting writing) on production of a Medical Certificate.
- PwBD (Blindness, Low vision) candidates needing a scribe must apply to the Commission at least 10 days before the exam. The scribe should be a student up to 10+2, verified by their Principal.
- Prohibited Items: Mobile phones (even switched off), pagers, electronic equipment, programmable devices, storage media, smartwatches, cameras, Bluetooth devices are strictly prohibited in the examination hall.
- General Conduct: Candidates should ensure identical signatures in all documents. Misconduct, impersonation, submitting fabricated documents, or using unfair means will lead to disqualification and potential debarment/criminal prosecution. The provisions of the Haryana Public Examination (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 2021, will also apply.
