Eligibility Criteria for THDC Field Engineer

Salary & Benefits for THDC Field Engineer

Selected candidates will be offered a competitive remuneration package and a range of benefits during their fixed-term engagement.

  • Fixed Remuneration: A consolidated amount of ₹53,580 per month.
  • Conveyance Reimbursement: Up to ₹6,620 for four-wheelers or ₹3,140 for two-wheelers per month.
  • House Rent Allowance (HRA): Payable as per city classification (X/Y/Z) if company accommodation is not provided.
  • EPF Contribution: 12% employer contribution towards EPF will be made in addition to the fixed remuneration.
  • Medical Facility: OPD facility for self, spouse, and two dependent children up to one month’s fixed remuneration per year. IPD coverage through a medical insurance policy up to ₹5 Lakhs per annum.
  • Insurance: Coverage under the Group Personal Accidental Insurance Scheme (GPAIS) and Employees’ Deposit Linked Insurance (EDLI).
  • Leaves: Entitled to Casual Leaves, Optional Leaves, and Earned Leaves as per company policy.
