- After 3 Years: Upon satisfactory completion of the three-year period as a Vidyut Sahayak, you may be considered for appointment to the post of Plant Attendant Gr. I on the regular establishment in the pay scale of ₹26,000 – ₹56,600.
- Other Benefits: No other allowances or benefits are admissible during the initial three-year period. However, reimbursement of TA/DA will be as per GSO-332 dated 03.02.2003.
GSECL Plant Attendant Selection Process 2025
The selection process for the GSECL Vidyut Sahayak (Plant Attendant Grade-I) is a multi-stage process designed to identify the most suitable candidates. The process consists of a two-tier examination.
First Tier Examination
- This will be a Computer-Based Test (CBT) of 100 marks.
