FSNL Executive Eligibility Criteria 2025

Candidates must meet the specified eligibility criteria regarding education, age, and experience as of the application closing date (May 9, 2025).

Educational Qualification:

  • General Requirement: Minimum 60% marks in the qualifying Degree/Diploma examination from a recognized University/Institution. This percentage requirement does not apply to those who cleared Final Exams from ICAI or ICMAI.
  • Operations: Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Mining/Metallurgical/Production Engineering OR Diploma in the same disciplines.
  • Maintenance (Mech & Elect): Degree in Mechanical/Automobile/Electrical/Electronic Engineering OR Diploma in the same disciplines.
  • Finance & Accounts:
    • E-1: CA/ICMA/MBA (Finance).
    • E-2 & above: Associate Member of ICAI or ICMAI, or MBA (Finance).
  • Materials Management: Bachelor’s Degree + two years MBA/PG Diploma in Management (Specializing in Materials Management/Logistics/Supply Chain Management/Marketing/International Trade).
  • Personnel & Administration: Graduate + Two years MBA or PGDBA (Specializing in HR Management) OR PG Degree in Labour and Social Welfare OR Two years Diploma in Personnel Management OR MA in Sociology. Degree in Law is an added advantage.

Salary and Benefits for FSNL Executives

Selected candidates will be placed in different pay scales based on their grade:

  • Executive (E-0): Rs. 30,000 – 3% – 1,20,000/- 
  • Jr. Manager (E-1): Rs. 40,000 – 3% – 1,40,000/- 
  • Asst. Manager (E-2): Rs. 50,000 – 3% – 1,60,000/- 
  • Dy. Manager (E-3): Rs. 60,000 – 3% – 1,80,000/- 
  • Manager (E-4): Rs. 70,000 – 3% – 2,00,000/-

FSNL Selection Process 2025

The selection process for FSNL Executive posts involves the following stages:

  1. Application Screening: Applications will be reviewed for eligibility.
  2. Written Test / Interview: Eligible candidates will be called for a Written Test and/or Personal Interview. Merely meeting eligibility doesn’t guarantee a call for the test/interview. FSNL may set higher criteria if there are many applicants.
  3. Document Verification: Candidates called for the test/interview must produce original documents for verification (Proof of Birth, ID, Educational Certificates, Mark Sheets, Experience Certificates, Latest Payslip, etc.). Failure to produce documents will lead to disqualification.
  4. Medical Examination: Final selection is subject to clearing a medical fitness test as per FSNL standards.
  5. Final Merit List: Offers will be issued based on merit and the number of vacancies.

Travel Reimbursement: Candidates invited for the written test/interview will be reimbursed actual to-and-fro fare, limited to AC-III Tier train fare by the shortest route, upon producing proof of journey. No lodging charges will be paid.

  5. Upload Documents: Upload scanned copies of your recent passport-size photograph (20-50kb, 200×230 pixels), signature (10-20kb, 140×60 pixels, black ink on white paper), and required supporting documents (Qualification, Experience, Salary Slip, etc.) in PDF format (max 2MB per file, not password protected). Ensure photo and signature meet specifications. Merge multi-page documents into a single PDF if needed.
