- Matriculation (10th Class Pass): You must have passed the 10th standard or an equivalent examination from a recognized Board of Education.

Selection Process: The Path to Becoming an IB Executive
The selection process is a rigorous multi-stage examination designed to identify the most capable and suitable candidates. It consists of three tiers:
Tier-I: Online Examination

- Duration: 1 hour
- Sections (20 questions each):

- Negative Marking: There will be a penalty of ¼ mark for each incorrect answer.
- Cut-off Marks: UR-30, OBC-28, SC/ST-25, EWS-30.
Tier-II: Written Examination (Descriptive)
- Type: Descriptive Written Test
- Total Marks: 50
- Duration: 1 hour
- Task: Translation of a 500-word passage from the local language/dialect to English and vice versa.
- Nature: This tier is qualifying in nature. Candidates must score a minimum of 20 out of 50 marks to qualify.
Tier-III: Interview/Personality Test
- Type: Interview
- Total Marks: 50
- Candidates shortlisted from Tier-I (based on performance and subject to qualifying Tier-II) will be called for the interview.
Final Selection: The final merit list will be prepared based on the combined performance in Tier-I and Tier-III examinations.
