- Educational Qualification & Experience (as on 06.06.2025): Varies by post. Key qualifications include:

JKSSB Selection Process 2025
The selection process for these posts will primarily involve the following stages:
- Written Examination:
- Objective Type, Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).
- Questions set in English only.
- Negative marking: 0.25 marks deducted for each wrong answer.
- Selection based on merit obtained in the written/OMR examination for most posts.
- Skill Test (where applicable):
- Driver-II: Candidates must qualify a Driving Test to be eligible for the written examination.
- Website Operator: Skill Test (Typing) carries 20 points, and the Written Examination carries 80 points. Marks from the type test will be proportionately allotted against the 20 points.
- Document Verification (DV):
- Candidates shortlisted based on merit in the written exam/skill test will be called for DV.
- Original documents (Domicile, Qualification, Category, Age proof, etc.) valid as of the cut-off date must be produced. Failure to appear or produce documents will lead to cancellation of candidature.
