NaBFID Officer Eligibility Criteria (As on 31.03.2025)

Candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria as of March 31, 2025:

  • Nationality: Must be an Indian Citizen.
  • Age Limit (as on 31.03.2025):
    • Minimum Age: 21 years 
    • Maximum Age: 32 years 
    • (i.e., born not earlier than 01.04.1993 and not later than 31.03.2004, both dates inclusive) 
    • Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories (SC/ST – 5 years, OBC NCL – 3 years, PwBD – 10-15 years, Ex-Servicemen – 5 years) as per Government guidelines.
  • Educational Qualification (as on 31.03.2025):
    • Qualifications must be from a University/Institution recognized by the Government of India/AICTE/UGC.
    • Final results must have been declared on or before 31.03.2025.
    • Specific qualifications vary by stream (e.g., MBA Finance, PGDM, CA, ICWA, B.Tech/BE, Master’s in Law, etc.). Post wise details of educational qualification are as under:
      • Lending Operations (Lending & Project Finance):
        • Post-Graduate Degree / Diploma in Management with Specialization in Finance/Banking & Finance OR
        • MBA (Finance/Banking & Finance) OR
        • ICWA/CFA/CMA/CA

      • Human Resources:
        • Post-Graduation Degree/ Diploma in Management with Specialization in Human Resources / Industrial Relations/Personnel Management

      • Legal:

    • Wherever MBA/PGDM is required, it must be a 2-year regular full-time course. MCA must be a 3-year regular full-time course (or 2 years if admitted from 2020-21 onwards).
  • Experience: Post-qualification experience of 1 year is preferred but not compulsory for all Analyst grade positions. (Freshers Are Eligible)
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills and proficiency in computer use are required.

NaBFID Analyst Salary and Benefits

  • Fixed Compensation: Approximately ₹14.83 lakh per annum.
  • Variable Pay: Up to 20% of fixed compensation based on performance (performance bonus).
  • Other Benefits: Group Insurance (Medical, Accidental & Term Life) provided by the Bank, over and above the mentioned compensation.
  • Compensation may be revised periodically as approved by the Board.

NaBFID Officer Selection Process 2025

The selection process involves the following stages:

  1. Online Examination:
    • Objective Type Test (Reasoning & QA, English, Data Analysis & Interpretation) – 40 Marks, 30 Mins.
    • Professional Knowledge Test (Objective) – 60 Marks, 30 Mins.
    • Total: 100 Marks, 60 Mins.
    • Negative Marking: 1/4th mark deduction for wrong answers.
    • Minimum qualifying marks apply section-wise and overall.
  2. Interview:
    • Candidates shortlisted based on Online Exam performance (typically 5-15 times the vacancies) will be called for an interview.
    • Interview venue: Mumbai only.
    • Total Marks: 100.
    • Minimum Qualifying Marks: 40% for Gen/EWS, 35% for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD.
    • Reimbursement for travel (up to IInd AC rail fare) is provided for attending the interview.
  3. Psychometric Test/Group Discussion (If required): The Bank may conduct these additional stages.
  4. Document Verification: Verification of original documents will occur at various stages.
  5. Medical Examination: Appointment is subject to being declared medically fit.

Final Selection: Based on combined marks from the Online Examination (70% weightage) and Interview (30% weightage).

  4. Enter your basic details (Name, Contact, Email) to generate a Provisional Registration Number and Password. Note these down carefully.
  5. Log in and fill out the application form. Use the “SAVE AND NEXT” option to save progress.
  6. Upload scanned copies of your:
    • Photograph (20kb-50kb) 
    • Signature (Black ink, 10kb-20kb) 
    • Left Thumb Impression (Black/Blue ink, 20kb-50kb) 
    • Handwritten Declaration (Black ink, English only, 50kb-100kb) 
    • Required Documents (Resume, ID Proof, DOB Proof, Education Certificates, Experience Certificates, Caste/EWS/PwBD Certificate if applicable) – PDF format, max 500KB each.
  7. Verify all details carefully using the “Preview” tab before final submission. No changes are possible after clicking “COMPLETE REGISTRATION”.
  8. Click on the ‘Payment’ tab and pay the application fee online.
  9. After successful payment, an e-Receipt will be generated. Print the e-Receipt and the final Application Form.
