- Shortlisting is provisional and rests on the information you gave in your online application. Documents were not called with the form, so eligibility has not been scrutinised in detail, and being on the PET list “does not entitle them any right over the post”.
- Reserved-category candidates who scored at or above the last shortlisted UR candidate are shortlisted against UR vacancies; their final selection is considered in the UR category subject to availability of vacancies, otherwise in their own category.
- The minimum qualifying marks under Board policy are 40% for UR and EWS, 35% for OBC, and 30% for SC, ST and PwBD. Ex-servicemen get a 5% relaxation within their category, subject to a minimum of 30%.
- The shortlisting is subject to the outcome of pending court cases, if any, and DSSSB reserves the right to rectify errors and omissions at any stage.
