OHPC Non Executive Trainee Eligibility Criteria

OHPC TNE Trainee Salary and Benefits
This recruitment offers a very attractive salary package and financial security. Initially, all selected candidates will join as “Trainees” for a period of one year. During this training, you will receive a fixed consolidated stipend of ₹22,700 per month.
In addition to this stipend, you will also receive a medical allowance of ₹200 per month. Furthermore, if your posting is at a remote location like BHEP, Balimela, or UIHEP, Mukhiguda, you will be paid an extra Remote Area Allowance of ₹500 per month.
After successfully completing the one-year training period, you will be regularized and your pay scale will be upgraded. You will be placed in the regular Pay Matrix of ₹25,500 to ₹81,100. Your initial basic pay upon regularization will be ₹25,500.
