How to download the CAPF AC PST/PET admit card:
- Open the SSB Download Admit Card page and find the row for 08/2026-CAPF, CAPFs (AC) Exam-2026, stage PST AND PET, then click its download button.
- On the login page, enter your Roll Number and your Date of Birth in DD/MM/YYYY format.
- Enter the first two letters of your first name and of your father’s first name. If a first name is a single letter, add a zero after it: SSB’s own example is “Y Ram Singh”, entered as “Y0”.
- Click Download, check every detail on the admit card and take a printout for the test day.
Points to note before you report:
- No change of centre or date: SSB states that no request for a change of centre or date of the PST/PET will be entertained.
- Admit card not received: Candidates can contact the SSB recruitment cell by email or its helpline on working days and hours; both are printed in the notice PDF linked in this box. SSB says it will not be responsible for any technical issue, fault or internet failure, so download the admit card early.
- Admission is provisional: Under the UPSC notification, admission at every stage, including the PST and PET, is purely provisional. An e-Admit Card does not mean UPSC has finally cleared your candidature, and if you are found not to fulfil any eligibility condition, your candidature will be cancelled.
- Stage rules still apply: Physical standards and women’s pregnancy self-declaration (see the PST/PET date update) apply at the test; degree proof goes via UPSC’s 15-day post-result portal window.

What the UPSC notification requires at this stage:
- Proof of degree: Candidates who applied while still appearing in their qualifying degree exam must produce proof of passing within the time limit set by the exam rules, once declared qualified for the PST/PET.
- 15-day update window: UPSC gives a 15-day window after the written result. Candidates qualified for the PST/PET must log in at the UPSC online portal, update their educational qualification status and upload proof — failing which they will not be allowed to take part in the further stages.
- Physical standards: Minimum height is 165 cm for men and 157 cm for women; chest (men only) is 81 cm unexpanded with 5 cm minimum expansion; minimum weight is 50 kg for men and 46 kg for women, and weight must match the height-and-age table. A height or chest measurement even slightly below the minimum means disqualification.
- Long jump: Touching the starting or finishing line is treated as disqualification in the long jump event.
- Female candidates: A self-declaration of pregnancy status must be submitted when reporting for the PST/PET.
- Next stage: Candidates declared unqualified in the PET will not be called for the Interview/Personality Test (150 marks).
