- Principal Scientific Officer
- Essential Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. or M.Sc./MCA Degree in a relevant field with first class or equivalent grade (60% marks).
- Experience: At least 15 years of experience as a Scientific/Technical Officer, with 8 years as a Sr. Scientific/Technical Officer in PB-3 with GP of Rs. 7600/- or equivalent.
- Student Activity & Sports (SAS) Officer
- Essential Qualification: Master’s Degree in Physical Education or Sports Science with at least 60% marks. Must have represented University/College at Inter-University/Collegiate competitions and qualified in the national-level test (UGC NET etc.).
- Desirable: Ph.D., experience in guiding students, and a proven track record in organizing sports and cultural events.
- Assistant Librarian
- Essential Qualification: Master’s Degree in Library Science/Information Science/Documentation Science with at least 60% marks. Must have qualified in the national-level test (NET/SLET/SET).
- Desirable: PG Diploma in Library Automation and Networking or PGDCA. Ph.D. is preferred.
- Assistant Registrar
- Essential Qualification: Master’s degree in any discipline with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade.
- Desirable: Qualification in Management/Engineering/Law, experience with E-Office systems, and a Chartered or Cost Accountant qualification for the Finance & Accounts post.

- Technical Assistant (Computer Science, Electrical, Civil, Mechanical)
- Essential Qualification: First Class B.E./B.Tech./MCA in the relevant subject OR First Class Diploma in Engineering in the relevant field OR First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Science OR Master’s Degree in Science with at least 50% marks.
- Junior Engineer (Civil)
- Essential Qualification: First Class B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering OR First Class Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Library and Information Assistant
- Essential Qualification: First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Science/Arts/Commerce and a Bachelor’s Degree in Library and Information Science.
- Desirable: Post Graduate Diploma in Library Automation and Networking, PGDCA.
- Superintendent

Selection Process
The selection process will be multi-staged and will vary depending on the post.
- Stage I: Computer Based Test (CBT): All candidates (except for Principal Scientific Officer) will have to appear for a CBT. The test will consist of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs). There will be a negative marking of 1/4th mark for every incorrect answer.
- Stage II: Skill Test / Trade Test / Physical Test / Interview:
- Candidates shortlisted from the CBT (in a 1:10 ratio) will be called for the next stage.
- Skill Test/Trade Test: For posts like Superintendent, Assistant, Technician, etc., a skill/trade test will be conducted, which will be qualifying in nature.
- Interview: For Group A and some Group B posts, an interview will be conducted.
- Physical Test & Interview: For the SAS Officer post.
- Document Verification: All original documents will be verified at this stage.
Final merit lists will be prepared based on marks obtained in the CBT and/or Interview, for those who qualify in the skill/trade tests.
